the check-in process was a total disaster, not to mention the beds being so low and worn out, like sleeping on a pancake! ! I almost couldn't stand it, and I would ve appreciated an upgrade as a valued guest! I've stayed in much nicer places, but I just couldn't leave without a complaint.

stayed for 1 night and had a great experience! after a previous visit to the city, i was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable and clean my room was. the location was also convenient for getting to the airport and out to the city center quickly.

I had a lovely stay with a super clean room and a brilliantly powerful shower! I really enjoyed unwinding in the cozy sitting area and sipping on tea available throughout the day. The only downside was that the room wasn’t cleaned daily, but it didn’t dampen my experience at all. 😊
