The check-in process was a total disaster, not to mention the beds being so low and worn out, like sleeping on a pancake! I almost couldn't stand it, and I would ve appreciated an upgrade as a valued guest! I've stayed in much nicer places, but I just couldn't leave without a complaint.

1st class and popular venue, marvellous location close to a very pleasant suburb of Dublin, convenience store and the main airport road out off Dublin, greatly enjoyed our stay. Overall it was nice cosy and brand-new with nice view. We had a really nice weekend here and would recommend.

Ashling House B&B was a great choice for our family of 5. We got two rooms at a very reasonable price. The B&B was VERY clean. The beds were comfortable, and it was a convenient location. It was 11 minutes from Dublin airport and close to public transportation. We would definitely recommend this B&B.
The breakfast provided was only continental.

enjoy your stay in a clean room with a kettle for that comforting cup of tea
The Ashling House provided a warm welcome upon arrival, and the room was spotlessly clean with beautiful white sheets. I appreciated the location near bus routes for easy city access.

We had access to the garden, which was very pretty. Everything was very clean and quiet. The room was light and airy. The bus stop was right outside and buses were very regular. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
Wifi is only available in the public areas.

Would definitely recommend for a weekend jaunt
Cozy room, convenient location, where I enjoyed a filling breakfast and appreciated having free WiFi for planning my outings. The bus stop was just a short walk away for quick access to local attractions.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The owner Padraig was extremely helpful and courteous to us. He explained clearly how to get around Dublin the problems that we might encounter and it gave us confidence. Nothing was an inconvenience to him.

Asked for a quiet room when made the booking and got an appalling room no 11 which is just off the kitchen with the c/c machine right beside its door so the noise woke us up right at 7am on Sunday morning, on top of that you get the view overlooking 2 rubbish bins and more noise from breakfast room and the ventilation system too...made a complaint to the owner who was was very rude handling the complaint asking us to leave immediately as he decided not to charge us for the stay(75 euro room only). Not a great experience at all.

Clean, warm space with excellent shower pressure. Quiet environment despite being near a busy road.
The bed in room 6 felt firm and lumpy, leading to discomfort during sleep. There's a persistent issue with the TV not functioning properly, and I noticed a few minor maintenance concerns that need addressing.

landlady was friendly and helpful, great location and quite cheap for one night in Dublin
I had asked for a double room and got a twin. But my least favourite thing was the room temperature. Very cold room (even with windows shut and radiator on AND double duvet)
